All apartments are wheelchair-accessible and three are specialized handicapped apartments.
The Kenzie senior living community is a federally subsidized senior housing community. Rent is based on 30 percent of a person's annual income less allowable medical expenses. The eligibility income limits and the annual income limits are determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, known as HUD housing.
