- Laundry services located on each floor (Individual washers and dryers included in some units)
- 24-hour staff
- Emergency call systems available in all residences
- Indoor heated parking
- All heating, air conditioning, electricity, water, sewer, trash removal, and municipal services for the residences and common areas
- Satellite television
- State of the art fitness center directed by our corporate fitness director and equipped with HUR smart technology
- Pre-wired Internet and telephone in each residence (residents are responsible for monthly charges and securing the Internet service provider)
- Scheduled transportation to shopping, activities, and nearby social and cultural events
